Theatre – Arts Experience

Basic lighting and sound design will also be explored. Students will have the opportunity to design a theatre production for various theatre and non-theatre spaces. A theatre backstage visit (depending on availability of a theatre and school to arrange students transport) would be included, where students would have the opportunity to study at first hand how a professional theatre works.

They will have worked from theory to practical design work and possibly model making.
They will have an understanding of the risks and dangers in working backstage.
